It's chocolate week here in the UK, the nation's favourite themed week. This is because the UK is famous worldwide for its chocolate. We're the home of world-famous chocolates such as Cadbury, Mars and Galaxy to name a few. In honour of this wonderful week, the LW team has put together a selection of our favourite chocolate recipes. We've got a fabulous selection from drinks to cakes to brownies galore!
Giant Jaffa Cake
Despite where you stand on the Jaffa Cake biscuit or cake debate, there's no denying that Jaffa Cakes are delicious. For those who have never heard or had a Jaffa Cake, let me elaborate. It has a sponge cake base, topped with zesty orange jelly and coated with a thin layer of chocolate.
The Giant Jaffa Cake can feed 12 people which means this cake would be perfect for parties. Bonus: a serving is less than 400 calories! The recipe is available on the Delicious Magazine website.
Raw Chocolate Raspberry Tart
The answer to having chocolate without feeling guilty. Firstly this Raw Chocolate Raspberry Tart is pleasantly rich, gluten-free and vegan. LW thinks that this tart would be the perfect dessert to make to accompany a romantic home-made meal.

Double Chocolate Pancakes
A go-to for all the chocoholics out there. Make your breakfast more exciting with these mouth-watering Double Chocolate Pancakes, complete with chocolate ganache. Get your chocolate fix fast because these pancakes only take 30 minutes to make.

Chocolate Mousse Cake
Fun fact: Chocolate Mousse Cake (or any mousse cake for that matter) can be easily decorated. However, this recipe is for the more experienced baker and is a tad time-consuming.
