UK: Free 48 hour tracked delivery via Royal Mail on orders over £75. Next day delivery is available at an additional cost.

EU: GBP10 flat fee. Estimated 7 - 14 days delivery via UK Royal Mail tracked International service. 

EU Duty paid: Rep of Ireland, France, Germany, Portugal, The Netherlands, Cyprus, Malta, Austria, Sweden are shipped delivery duty paid.

EU Customs: All EU countries may be liable to customs and duties in-country and we are not liable should these occur.

Rest of the World: GBP10 or free over GBP100 order value. Estimated 10 - 14 days via UK Royal Mail tracked International service. 

RoW Customs: RoW countries may be liable to customs and duties in-country and we are not liable should these occur.

Returning items is really simple, if you are dissatisfied with the lingerie you have purchased we will refund the cost of any items returned, provided they are in new condition and returned to us within 14 days of having been received, in the original packaging.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns.
