All orders are dispatched within one working day unless advised otherwise.

US Express 1 - 2 working day delivery $35

In partnership with UPS we are able to offer a 1 - 2 working day delivery option from the UK to the US. This service is chargeable at checkout and is $35.  This is Delivered Duties Paid so there should be no further charges at customs (see note below).  There are no reductions in postage costs for orders over $100. 

Standard Delivery - $14 on orders under $100. Free standard shipping on orders over $100 Duties applied to each order at point of checkout.

Our worldwide standard delivery service will typically aim to deliver your parcel 10-14 days from dispatch for the United States of America.

Returning items is really simple, if you are dissatisfied with the lingerie you have purchased we will refund the cost of any items returned, provided they are in new condition and returned to us within 14 days of having been received, in the original packaging.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns.
