Little Women Fashion (“We”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

In summary; we do gather the information required to process your order (names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses) and we keep that information along with the order details in perpetuity in case you order again and for financial purposes. If you have signed up to our newsletter, we will keep you up to date with the goings on at the LWF Group and tell you about offers etc. At any time you may unsubscribe to these emails by clicking on the link contained in every email. If you would like us to delete all of the other details we hold about you, simply write to us by email or snail mail and we will contact you right back with confirmation that we have deleted such records as we hold. We do not hold on any of our servers any card details or other ways of taking payment and have no access to the password used when logging onto the site as this is held in an encrypted manner.

We will never sell your details to a third party unless as part of the business sale or transfer and the third party is the new owner.

This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.  Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. We will also collect your name, phone number, email address and any other information which you provide to us in order to follow up on an enquiry. If your enquiry is dependant on location, we may also need to confirm a postcode.

Transfer and storage of your information

The information collected by our live chat service is processed by Chat Heroes and their third party chat service provider, SnapEngage, the privacy policy of which is available here: https://snapengage.com/privacy-policy/ . SnapEngage stores your information for 60 days.

A transcript of your live chat is forwarded to us by SnapEngage via email.

Live chat transcripts : we store the information from our live chat service for a maximum period of seven (7) years in order to defend against legal claims. This period is the maximum period in which a claim form can be issued and served in respect of contract and tort claims under the Limitation Act 1980 under English law.
