Royal Mail Strike Action

We have been advised that Royal Mail (our postal service) are going to be on strike on the following days:

  • Thursday 24th November
  • Friday 25th November
  • Wednesday 30th November
  • Thursday 1st December
  • Friday 9th December
  • Sunday 11th December
  • Wednesday 14th December
  • Thursday 15th December
  • Friday 23rd December
  • Saturday 24th December

Due to these strikes, we are advising customers to follow these last posting dates to ensure you get your items on time for Christmas:

UK CUSTOMERS: 12th December by 3:30pm

REST OF THE WORLD CUSTOMERS: 29th November 3:30pm

We anticipate that orders placed after 3:30pm on the day before these strikes will be delayed and although we are being charged for a 48 hour tracked service by Royal Mail, they will not be able to meet this.

There will also be an inevitable system backlog which may affect orders placed outside of these dates.

Similarly we anticipate delays to international services.

Returns to us will also inevitably be delayed. Please do not worry about the returns period in this case - but please, please, please get your proof of postage from the Post Office.  You can of course use other couriers but in our experience they are largely useless and there is a reduced chance of them managing to get your returns to us.

Obviously this is outside of our control, but we can only apologise for any inconvenience caused.  We will keep this page updated with any further information / developments.
