The prices normally shown on the site show the price inclusive of UK VAT (20%) - this tax is levied on all deliveries to UK and EU addresses. To see the ex-VAT pricing, simply log into your account and if your default shipping address is outside of the EU then the appropriate prices are shown. This is regardless of the selected currency.
As you shop, you can add products to your basket and check your basket at any time by looking at the basket summary at the top right hand of the page or touching the basket icon. You can check the total, quantity, colour and size etc., and if you change your mind, you can remove or change the quantity of anything you've added.
If you run out of time, your basket will be saved – as long as you use the same computer, the items will stay in the basket until you either remove them or buy them.
However, items in your basket aren't reserved for you, and will still be available for other customers to buy until you've completed your order - so hurry back!
If you've got a Coupon Code you need to enter the code in the “Coupon Code” box in the Checkout. Discounts are automatically applied but in the case of Free Shipping codes you may need to select “Free Shipping” from the shipping options otherwise you will still be charged.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an automated confirmation email – this will list everything you have ordered including size, colour and quantity – please check the details, if you want to change anything please email us immediately we will always do our very best to help you!
We will ship your order as soon as possible, subject to stock availability. We aim to process your order the next business day after your order has been placed and we will email you to confirm that this has happened. Sometimes delays occur - we will keep you informed.
If you log into your account you can check the status of your order. A status of 'Processing' means that we have not touched your order yet; 'Picked' means that it has been fully picked and is awaiting despatch; 'Part Picked' means that we might not have all of the items you have ordered in stock right now - we will send you various messages about this and 'Complete' means that your order has been shipped.
We send out a follow up email 10 days after we ship asking you to review what you have bought. Feedback like this helps us to supply the right products and helps our customers chose the best lingerie.
All orders are sent from our warehouse in plain packaging – this helps if you are buying a gift and planning on it being a surprise!
We are a global business and ship to almost any country in the world (currently we do not ship to Russia due to customs clearance issues – we hope to resume shipment as soon as possible).
Our site supports three currencies – Pounds Sterling (GBP), US Dollars (USD) and Euros (EUR). The site has a guess at the best currency for you, but you are free to change this to the one of your choice at any time.
If you are shopping from the US then please ensure that you have selected USD at the top of the page - everything you see will be priced in US Dollars. Your order confirmation will be in USD and you will be charged in USD.
If you are shopping from within the EU then please ensure that you have selected EUR at the top of the page - everything you see will be priced in EURO's. Your order confirmation will be in EURO's and you will be charged in EURO's.
You can shop on our site in any of the three supported currencies but orders placed in a currency not your own may be converted by your bank at the prevailing exchange rate and you may incur charges – this is outside of our control.
All orders are shipped from the UK, so if shopping from outside of the UK you may be liable to pay Import Duty or Tax on goods entering your country (in the US this is usually on orders over $200 but we cannot guarantee this). Again, this is outside of our control.
If ordering from the Channel Islands please set the Country in the Checkout to either Guernsey or Jersey as appropriate rather than the United Kingdom in order to avoid being charged VAT.
