How long will my order take?
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours, however when we don't have stock of a particular item this period may be extended. We will advise you of any delay as soon as possible.
How will my order be delivered?
All items are sent in plain packaging.
United Kingdom - Standard shipping - by Royal Mail and should take 2 - 3 working days from dispatch.
International deliveries should be delivered within the following times:
- Western Europe 6 -12 days from dispatch.
- Rest of the world 10 - 14 days from dispatch.
Can I have my order more quickly?
We offer a next day delivery service from Monday to Friday (UK only). The postage charge for this service is £5.50. This use a Royal Mail 24 Hour tracked and signed for service - be aware this is not a guaranteed service. Orders required for the next day must be placed before 1:30pm by calling us on 0115 977 1770.
What are the standard delivery charges for UK and International Shipping?
Delivery charges are:
UK standard - FREE
USA & Canada Orders over 100 USD* - FREE (Select FREE SHIPPING at the Checkout)
Europe and Rest of World - £7.50
Next Day (UK only) - £5.50 (by phone ONLY)
In the event that your order has to be fulfilled in more than one delivery, there are no further delivery charges.
* Free shipping applies to orders where the value of the goods (not including any shipping costs) exceeds 100 USD.
Can I return unsuitable items?
If you are dissatisfied with the lingerie you have purchased we guarantee to exchange or refund the cost of any items provided they are in their original condition, unworn (other than having been tried on), with all of the labels attached, hygiene strips in briefs intact, and returned to us within 14 days of having been received.
Please note, that for hygiene reasons and because of the nature of hosiery products, we are not able to accept returns of items that have been worn. The only exception to this is in the event that you have received a damaged or faulty item from us.
What if I want to exchange or get a refund on any items?
Each parcel contains a Returns Form which should be completed as required and returned with any unsuitable items within 14 days of you receiving the goods.
On receipt of the parcel, we will reimburse you the cost of any unwanted goods, plus if all items on your order are returned then we also reimburse you any P&P that we charged. (Note: If you asked for special postage we only reimburse the standard shipping charges) We process any refunds as quickly as possible but it may take a few days for you to see the refund on your statements from your card issuer. You are not charged any further postage for items sent in exchange.

Using the Returns Form provided with your order:
Please complete your name, order number and address details.
List all the items being returned – the packing slip in your box has all the details on it.
If you would like to exchange the goods, tick the "Exchange" box and list the code, colour, size, description and quantity of the goods you would like us to send you in exchange. You are not charged any further postage for items sent in exchange.
Enclose the returns form with your package.
Ensure all items are packed safely, and sealed securely in their original boxes.
Use the self adhesive address label on the packing slip and return to: Returns Department, Little Women Fashion, The Glade Business Centre, Forum Road, Nottingham, NG5 9RW, UK.
Do I have to pay to return items?
Yes we do ask you to pay for the cost of returning unwanted items. As you are responsible for the goods reaching us, we advise you to obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office.
