Favourite Little Women product?
The LittleWomen Shortie is my absolute favourite and I think I might have to get it in all 3 colours!
It’s high waisted so super flattering and the lovely lace details and silk panelling make me feel feminine and sexy with a cool 50’s vibe.
How do you remain confident?
By remembering that everyone is beautiful and amazing in their own individual way. No one is better or worse, everyone is just different and we should celebrate that instead of beating ourselves up about it.
We understand you’re always on the go, how do you stay motivated?
I stay motivated by thinking of being healthy well as a form of self-respect. We owe it to ourselves to be the best, happiest and healthiest versions of ourselves! Finding out what’s right for you is also really important; exercise in a way that makes you happy, eat healthy food that you like and you can’t go wrong!
What does self-love mean to you?
Self-love to me is about celebrating what I love about myself, both inside and out. I love my eyes and I love the fact that I can make people laugh. But I also think it’s just as important to accept the things we’re kind of not crazy about. I used to get upset about having small boobs, but now I focus on how great it can be and I love them! I’m very sporty and I do a lot of running, so having smaller boobs make life a lot easier for me! They suit the clothes I like and most importantly they’re me, so why wouldn’t I love them?
How would you describe yourself in one word?
How did you get into modelling?
I started modelling just before I started my gap-year to earn a little extra money for travelling and also to give something totally different a go. I ended up really loving it and how it allowed me to express myself in a totally different way.
What is your number one tip staying healthy?
Listen to your body. It’s a bit of a cliché, but I really think it’s the best advice out there. If you feel super tired one day and don’t feel like running 10K or hitting the gym, don’t force it. Give yourself a break, do some yoga or do whatever feels right for you at that moment in time. The same applies to nutrition, if you’re craving bread and pasta, it’s because probably because your body needs those carbs! The human body is amazing and unbelievably clever, so I think we should all learn to trust our bodies and listen to what it really needs.
