How long will my order take?

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours, however when we don't have stock of a particular item this period may be extended. We will advise you of any delay as soon as possible.

How will my order be delivered?

United Kingdom - All items are sent in a plain discreet packaging using Royal Mail and should take 5 -10 working days from dispatch.

International deliveries are delivered by Royal Mail International Signed For and should be delivered within the following times:

Western Europe 6 -12 days from dispatch. Rest of the world 10 - 14 days from dispatch.

Can I have my order more quickly?

We offer a next day delivery service from Monday to Friday (UK only) but orders must be placed by calling us on 01455 208855 before 3pm. There is an additional charge of £4.50 for this service.

What are the standard delivery charges?

Delivery charges are: UK - £3.25
Europe - £7.00
Rest of the world - £9.00

In the event that your order has to be fulfilled in more than one delivery, there are no further charges.

Returns

Can I return unsuitable items?

If you are dissatisfied with the goods you have purchased we guarantee to exchange or refund the cost of any items provided they are in their original condition, unworn, with the labels attached and returned to us within 14 days of having been received.

What if I want to exchange or get a refund on any items?

Each parcel contains a Returns Form which should be completed as required and returned with any unsuitable items within 14 days of your receiving the goods.

On receipt of the parcel, we will refund the cost of any unwanted goods and action any exchanges as quickly as possible.

If you are dissatisfied with the goods you have purchased we guarantee to exchange or refund the cost of any items provided they are in their original condition, unworn, with the labels attached and returned to us within 14 days of having been received.

Using the Returns Form provided with your order:

Please complete your name and address details.

List all the items being returned.

Enclose this form with your package.

Ensure all items are packed safely and in their original boxes.

Use the self adhesive address label enclosed in your parcel and return to : Returns Department, PO Box 9081, Frolesworth, Lutterworth. LE17 9BX.

Do I have to pay to return items?

Yes we do ask you to pay for the cost of returning unwanted items. As you are responsible for the goods reaching us, we advise you to obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office to cover any goods failing to arrive.

It is worth remembering that anything you order in exchange for the goods you are sending back will be posted out to you free of any further P&P charges within that transaction.
